Provide guidance to implement automated creation of end-to-end tests

AS A Product Owner I WANT TO have a written guide about how to implement end-to-end tests in an automated way based on existing solution SO THAT I could make an educated guess on whether to implement it myself also or not

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] README.md is up-to-date
• [ ] Following the README.md is enough to set up the required environment locally and test the whole process myself
• [ ] Folder structure for initial setup is defined
