Training module for Rules and Stories

AS A Chatbot Tainer I WANT TO create new and modify existing rules, stories and dependant functionalities SO THAT the chatbot can be sufficiently trained

• [ ] Drag and Drop or Data Flow Diagram view for creating new and modifying existing rules and stories and its functionalities
• [ ] Use Intent module functionalities for creating Rules and Stories
• [ ] Use Response module functionalities for creating Rules and Stories
• [ ] Use Forms module functionalities for creating Rules and Stories
• [ ] Each RASA functionality for creating a rule or story is available as Drag and Drop functionality in the Rule/Story module (i.e. intents, actions, services, etc.)
• [ ] Search and sort rules and stories
• [ ] Show last modified/changes view
• [ ] Ban duplicate stories/rules
• [ ] Please see technical GUI ACs from #30

• [x] Choose rule or story from the list (first column)
• [x] Add new rule/story
• [x] Modify or delete existing rules and stories
• [x] Ask confirmation if deleted
• [x] Seach within rules/stories

GUI needs to make a POST request - currently missing from GUI AC

BUG -

1. Able to open the editing view for existing stories and add new stories but unable to save.
2. Unable to click "Muuda"/"Edit" under rules. Shows up a blank page. Aswell "Lisa"/"Add" & "Kustuta"/"Delete" does not function.
