Nodejs service to delete existing remote text file

AS A Developer I WANT TO delete existing text files based on my given input SO THAT I wouldn't have fixed services for specific functionalities

• [ ] POST REST endpoint /file/delete accepting file path as a parameter
• [ ] Return error message if exists
• [ ] As a result, file is deleted
