AS AN NLP Model Trainer I WANT TO see only relevant and functionally working menu tabs SO THAT bot designing and training would be smoother

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] To-be hidden functionalities must be easily re-adopted in later stages

GUI

All those things should be hidden in Stage and PROD and remain visible in TEST

[ ] Hide tab "Teemade järeltreenimine"
[ ] Under tab "Kasutuslood" - hide "vestlusvood"
[ ] Under tab "Kasutuslood" change the title from "Vestlusvood ja reeglid" to "Reeglid"
[ ] Hide tab "Vormid"
[ ] Hide tab "Mälukohad"
[ ] Under "Teemade ülevaade" remove columns "Täpsus", "Saagis", "Soovitus"
[ ] Under "Teemade ülevaade" remove rows "accuracy", "macro avg", "weighted avg", "micro avg"
