GUI Fixes under intent tab in training module. #559

AS A Chatbot Trainer I WANT TO not have the GUI elements go out of the frame when I resize my textbox SO THAT I can use all the GUI elements comfortably

Acceptance Criterias:

[x] The text area can only be resized widthwise and not lengthwise
[x] Cannot use newline in text area (when pressing enter then nothing should happen)
[x] When deleting intent the title in the message box should read "Kustuta teema" instead of "Kustuta vastus"
