GUI for model comparison and analysis

Acceptance Criterias:

[x] Show list of models
[x] Show when model was trained (timestamp)
[x] Show if model is in LIVE (only one model can be live)
[x] For each model select "Võrdle tulemusi" - compares data in results folder with live model
[x] For live model "Võrdle tulemusi" shows only live model results in task #64 view
[x] For selected model display options for downloading dataset, downloading model, view intent precision, deleting the model (ask for confirmation), release model (live)
[x] Select a model by clicking on model name
[x] Visually distinguish selected model (with colors etc)
[x] If "Võrdle tulemusi" has been chosen see task #64 ACs
[x] Add ask confirmation if new model will be added LIVE

@vmugra Prototype updated. GUI status can move forward.

@ceirowe Some last details until task to be confirmed:

"Viimati treenitud" to "Mudeli treenimise aeg" and if possible put them in parallel line with the corresponding column
Add ask confirmation if new model will be added LIVE
