See individual commits. There is an extra commit (b9078f543b989b0943d1d577da72a49e13d57ab4), but I didn’t feel like creating another PR for that (because of merge-commit spam, not because of multiple PRs themselves).

I really like the idea of resizing on opposite edges.

Just to be clear (uh, yeah, for the n-th time. but misunderstanding is one of my nightmares), it means moving-only in that direction. I thought about zoom-resizing (got the name from herbstluftwm; the missing piece for it is some edges being resized in the reverse direction), but for now i left it as i don’t really have how to cleanly place imove/iresize in my config atm.

Oh. I thought you wanted that one thing to change before merging this. Well, nevermind.

Oh yeah, I did, but then I forgot and clicked merge, because I saw no "changes requested" thing.
