Expand ~gamedb add #75

Make it so it's possible to add to the gamedb without having to specify the game name.

Example: Game set to "Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes"

Instead of doing ~gamedb add keep_talking_and_nobody_explodes you can do something so it takes the set game and sets the text without putting in the game with underscores, colons, etc.

Suggestion is obsolete now with gamedb changes.
