Consider looking into making capslock mode not ruin emotes.

Capslock mode breaks links

Replace links in capslock mode with pictures of explosions or other random things. Channel dependent.

For link replacing, you can leverage destination based link filtering.

See about wrapping the url with [] like in gamedb will break capslock recognition
