Prior to this PR, library used outdated v2.5.5 (I think) version of swagger-ui.

This PR contributes:

use of officially maintained swagger-ui-dist files instead (currently v4.10.3)
- See also: https://www.npmjs.com/package/swagger-ui-dist
use full petstore swagger api example instead of pets only
minor dependency and whitespace cleanup
