Add remaining IG FX markets for which there are forward bets available:

EUR/CHF, EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, GBP/CAD, EUR/CAD, GBP/CHF, CHF/JPY, CAD/JPY, USD/ZAR, GBP/SGD, GBP/ZAR, USD/SGD, AUD/JPY, EUR/NZD, GBP/NZD, EUR/NOK, USD/SEK, USD/NOK, GBP/NOK, EUR/SEK, GBP/SEK, EUR/DKK

These will do for now:

AUDJPY, CHFJPY, EURCHF, EURCAD, GBPJPY, GBPCHF, SGD, SEK, NOK

They are already in upstream project, so they must have futures to get prices for

IG have also recently added GAS_UK and GAS_NL, add them too
