2.2.1 release preparations #196

It looks like there have been two regressions from 2.2, namely https://github.com/bugaevc/wl-clipboard/issues/190 and https://github.com/bugaevc/wl-clipboard/issues/194. Both of them should be fixed now, so unless someone complains either about the fixes being wrong or more bugs, I'm going to cut a bugfix 2.2.1 release some time very soon.
