Kiwix does not retain its opened state, rather minimizes after getting restarted #27

OS - Win 7

Steps to reproduce - 1.Open Kiwix using exe

  1. Click 'Display' in header 3.Hover mouse over 'Language' 4.Choose any language from the list displayed 5.Pop up appears 'Kiwix need to be restarted.Do you want to do it now?' (Note - Language and message of popup may change depending upon current language and changing language) 6.Click 'Ok' in the pop up 7.Notice the minimized state of Kiwix

Expected - Kiwix should be opened after restart in maximized mode which was its original state before restart
