[Mac] User needs to Force Quit the application when we try to open the "Open File" options under File menu #44

Steps:

  1. In the Kiwix menu bar, click on File option and click on “Open File” .
  2. A dialog appears with the option to select the file.
  3. There is an option to Cancel the dialog.
  4. Click on the Cancel option, there is no reponse and the dialog never quits.
  5. User is stuck and needs to Force Quit the application.

I'm not able to reproduce this, what was your operating system? What was your current path, does if fails with all paths? Do you have changed the path by navigating a little bit in your computer and changing the directory?
