I thought you were going to enumerate ALL 3 and 4-field rules... I think you can find an online program to do this...
We will then cross-over the meaningless ones.
A few other possibilities.
1) You can treat address, SSN, and MRN somewhat with the same importance. i.e., if a rule with SSN shows high precision, replace SSN with MRN or address1 will probably also get high precision.
2) F/L/M might get swamped.
3) Day and Month in DOB might have gotten swamped.
4) I don't think you need to test "F" and "M" independently. Your F/L+G+SSN rule already capture both genders. I know what you mean, it might be more problematic for F, as their last name can get changed. But it's still a subset of the previous rule.
