I didn't find good/working dlang repl under windows. So I created this simple GUI one to run/test simple d codes.

Hi! I don't necessarily understand why do you want to put this here. It feels like this deserves a separate project.

Ok, then I'll close this pull request. It is just some simple codes I copied/pasted from DlangIDE. It is a small example application of DlangUI.
