recommend the install of the SQLite Viewer for VSCode #145

This will allow students to view the content of their SQLite database.

Although this does assume students are using VSCode!

Added "tasks" label because this also affects text in 0-RUN maybe... this also triggered creation of #150 — basically need to review phase 0 tasks, because a one-size-fits-all default looks increasingly unhelpful.
