This generalises RaceFiles in DbFiles to allow for the zipped README in the (local copy of) buggy editor source to be stored to allow auto-regeneration on restart... although there's more to do this means that the static content regeneration is now in place so is not longer a deterrent to using Heroku (i.e., ephemeral file systems).
