Currently the task texts are strongly tied to the poster — but it does make sense to record task texts even if there isn't a poster (for example, if staff are going to mark them on the race server). So need to check there's not a dependency there (I think there is, and if there's no report (aka poster) the task texts might not work).
Similarly might want to have only the report, i.e. the bottom of the poster and not the top. Or in a world without task texts, just the top. This would affect the contents of the suggested template on the poster page.
