Wi-Fi: Intermittent Error when turning on Wi-Fi on 1st boot #29

Reproduced in build 82 & 89, happened in one prior build (I don't recall the build#), and Reboot fixed the issue.

STR:

  1. Boot BUG with a freshly written build
  2. Go to Settings > Wireless & Networks and select Wi-Fi
  3. Appears to hang, then status goes to 'Error'

Note: I couldn't get adb connected to pull logcat.

I also experienced this - firstboot after following (http://wiki.buglabs.net/index.php/Experimental:Building_Android_image_for_BUG_YT) and selecting bug20-eng.
