Add Identity Statement #34

Be able to trade on user or group identity.

[ ] add group entity, associated with user (public/private)
[ ] add ability for users to manage group assignments
[ ] add stm_user_identity (list of user UUIDs)
[ ] add stm_group_identity (list of group UUIDs)

Match using OVERLAP semantics (similar to labels):

one or more overlaps - TRUE
zero overlaps - FALSE
