Cached UUIDs

BMX workflow requires cut/paste of UUIDs:

• generating a list of elements
• copying the UUID from one of the elemients
• performing an action on that UUID

Enhancement request:

• enable caching of list results
• add a DSL for selecting UUIDs from the cache

Feature:

• [x] cache list -> generate a list of cache files
• [x] cache clear -> clear all cache files
• [x] cache show -> show a cache files
• [x] cache path -> show path to cache file
• [x] cache length -> show cache length
• [x] config: cache_dir -> default: /tmp/bmx_cache
• [x] every list operation saves JSON to a default cache file
• [x] every list operation can take a directive: --cache-file=<file>
• [x] UUID option can take a DSL expression (see below)

UUID-DSL:

• cached_<file>_<element>_<n>
• cached_<file>_<element>_first
• cached_<file>_<element>_last
• cached_<file>_<element>_sample

eg cached_users_uuid_1

Add UUID-DSL to BMX:

• [x] show action: user, repo, issue, offer, contract, position, escrow, amendment
• [x] offer command: create_buy, create_clone, create_counter, take, cancel
• [x] contract command: close, clone, cancel, resolve, series
