Sub-Domain for Hubii #73

We need a dedicated sub-domain for Hubii, in order to serve a static HTML demo page.

Actions:

[ ] provide the desired sub-domain name (<sub-domain>.bugmark.net) [Jacobo]
[ ] decide whether to host the sub-domain on GH pages or a linode server [Jacobo]
[ ] make it so [Andy]
