Hi @andyl

This pull request will reset the ID upon BugmHost.reset

The fact that ids in tables keep increasing after resetting the exchange has always bothered me.

DO NOT MERGE - this will cause BugmHost.reset to destroy the database.

I'm leaving this open, so that we can figure out a solution together.
