Seems to be fairly unsubstantial, probably safe to just allow upper versions until there's a conflict.

Hey @BlakeMesdag - it looks like this is breaking our build for bundling i18n in 1.8.7 and jruby-18mode. Do you know if sawyer changed its dependency on i18n, which maybe doesn't work for 1.8.7?

@jessicard the link my description doesn't contain any changes related to gems. If you were to trigger a build on the master branch now it would likely break.
