Make test fixture bundle id all lower case #1658

Goal

Change test fixture bundle identifier to all lower case, allowing us to reinstate iOS 17 testing.

Design

Something in the Appium stack must have change to make the bundle identifier sensitive in testing, but this seem to be a reasonable change to make in response to that.

Testing

Covered by a full CI run.
