electron-builder cant build msi after upgrade

got error when packing app with electron-builder version 25.1.8

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Environment

• Bugsnag version: 8.0.0
• Electron: 30.0.8
• electron-builder: 25.1.8
