Domain is deprecated #107

Thanks for the report, @niftylettuce! Per the deprecation notice, a replacement API for domains has not yet been made. Once that is no longer the case, domains will be removed from this library and only used (at most) as a fallback for older versions of node.

We'll revisit this issue once there is a replacement.
