Goal

Add app start spans. Allow for auto instrumentation and manual ending of app start.

Changeset

Added AutoInstrumentAppStartSetting to allow for configuring app start instrumentation behaviour.
Added AppStartHandler to listen to Unity runtime load events and manage the created spans.
Added logic to cache spans ending before the sdk is started
Fixed a bug where ended spans were not removed from the context stack

Testing

Added new e2e tests to cover all AutoInstrumentAppStartSetting options
