Goal

Add support for MacOS builds

Changeset

Enabled MacOS builds of the fixture for CI testing
Added MacOS native plugin to allow getting native build data for resource attributes
Moved auto start to AfterSceneLoad to make sure MainThreadDispatchHandler persists on mac
Added logger class to help with debugging
Switched CI to testing via UPM package instead of unitypackage
Improved stability of existing tests via new steps
Changed to getting os.version from the native layer
