What command did you use to install BUGSnet?
It seems to me that you tried to install it from CRAN but BUGSnet is not on CRAN. Also, it it spelled as BUGSnet rather than bugsnet.
Try installing it with remotes::install_github("audrey-b/BUGSnet@v1.0.3", upgrade = TRUE, build_vignettes = TRUE)
or remotes::install_github("audrey-b/BUGSnet", upgrade = TRUE, build_vignettes = TRUE)
and let me know how it goes.

On attempting to install BUGSnet on the newest version of R, I get the following message:
Warning in install.packages : package ‘bugsnet’ is not available (for R version 4.0.2)
Will a new version compatible with R version 4.0.2 be available?
