Timeouts for read/write operations #32

Those are changes from https://github.com/albenik/go-serial fork and they work great! Integrating those changes will make this library the best go-serial library.

@tectiv3 thanks for the effort, but I think that @albenik was simply blocked by my long time to merge the previous patch, I think that now he will be quite quick to submit the patch himself.
