[BUG] Sharing Magnetic Personality #3

When sharing the charisma perk "Magnetic Personality" and then unsharing, the perk cards shared by teammates are removed even if they would have enough regardless of the bonus.

Console/Version: PS4 Pre-Patch 5 (Jan 29th)

To Reproduce:

  1. Share Magnetic Personality
  2. Have a party member with a lvl 3/6/9/12/15 charisma regardless of the boost in charisma from Magnetic Personality share a lvl 1/2/3/4/5 card respectively.
  3. un-share Magnetic Personality
  4. Watch all cards get un-shared.

Expected behavior: If a party member can share a card without the buff from Magnetic Personality, their own card should not be un-shared.
