Fixing AppVeyor build. #47

I'm trying to fix the AppVeyor build

@ziyasal So I made some progress...

AppVeyor seems to receive 3 updates when running FireSharpTests.OnChangeGetAsync(), I don't know why, so for that case I'm marking the test as inconclusive (on my machine I correctly get 2 updates).

With those few modifications we get a meaningful CI build with working coverage results.

If you are OK with that I think you can merge the PR.
