Release the latest version? #120

Hi, looks like the latest version is v1.4.1 but on the vscode marketplace the latest version is v1.3.6. In particular I'm interesting in using the custom provider feature. Are there plans to release the latest version to vscode marketplace? Thanks!

I also want to use visualstudio.com but that is also not release in the market place.

It looks like version in openvsx is 1.4.1: https://open-vsx.org/extension/ziyasal/vscode-open-in-github A proper tag would be great anyway
