Add some help information about OpenBSD #575

Hi @ChihHao-Su, thanks a lot! I copied the workaround description to Wiki (I prefer to store the documentation there): https://github.com/bugy/script-server/wiki/OpenBSD-process-termination-issues

Could you update your PR, remove the .md file and change the link in readme file from .md to the wiki?
