UI fixes needed in viz-three #73

HIGH PRIORITY

[ ] Making data granular.
[x] Performance optimization, currently the viz is unusable because of the jittery performance. My mac starts heating up after using the viz as well.

MEDIUM PRIORITY

[x] Disable reset button (at initial state)
[x] Add a control to rotate earth
[x] Adding formatting to currency and FOAM tokens (eg 1000 => 1,000)

LOW PRIORITY

[x] Transition in numbers increase/decrease via any library. An example library: https://github.hubspot.com/odometer/
