Use different color for stars of imported observations #377

This PR adds the is_imported flag to the Observation model (available through admin site, too) and modifies the star chart so that the stars are displayed in:

gold, if there are only non-imported observations
blue, if there are only imported observations
golden-blue, if there are some of each type
