ex42 works and is beautiful, synced with your shader_pipeline

Merging @Crisspl but I expect another PR that:

on all example shaders (test all examples please) because as I see many of the places that were using util/vertex.glsl
that do not now include the includes that replaced itirr_glsl_sincos
(another TODO in ex 42) then moves the irr_glsl_BoxMullerTransform
to the same header as the concentric mapping (you need to merge my latest HEAD for that)
