changed web port to 8010 to match bbdocs #5

Created a PR to change the bbdocs it was said it would be better to use the de-facto standard port of 8010. This would fix the discrepancy between the docs and the docker compose file.

Agree, it's confusing that the docs refer to a different port than the sample config.

Could we get someone to review this? Thanks in advance.

This is really confusing, please merge this PR so that the product tutorial for Buildbot matches the Docker implementation it purports to describe.
