bb-supy is not registered #203

bb-supy can't send to the #buildbot channel because it is not registered

chanserv won't +V it since it's not registered

I'm not sure how best to fix this. I assume the channel's mode bits are set to require registration in order to minimize spam? Can supybot send a password?

The channel mode seems to be locked at +r now, so supybot can't register at all anymore.

http://doc.supybot.aperio.fr/en/latest/use/identifying_to_services.html doesn't seem to include anything about configuring the bot to identify itself to nickserv..

OK, I think I got it working. I registered the bot using the owner ircquote command, then set up the services plugin with the resulting password.
