No dynos #5

Deploying this app by following the instructions in the README yields an app with no dynos configured. Copying the example Procfile to my app's git repo does not help either.

This repo is an old experiement to deploy buildbot on heroku. It is not really maintained, even if we will merge PR to make it work again.

It is also not really recommended now to use nodejs and build the ui from source, as there are prebuilt wheels available on pypi.
