Buildbot GitHub wiki is being attacked by spammers #8000

The pages under the "wiki" attacked were modified by spammers. Some revisions even have links to donation or pay sites. I suggest to lock the wiki.

@p12tic Is that okay? If so close it otherwise we should go back and remove the history. We should do that anyway so there isn't spam there if we decide to re-enable it.

@verm The wiki contained a lot of active Buildbot instances. I've overhalled the list just last year. I think it would be sad to loose all these references.

@felixsinger 100% not looking to kill it .. it's 11:30PM on a Friday I just wanted to take it down until we could deal with it. :)

@felixsinger I re-enabled it and set to users with push access only so the data is still available thank you.
