Error reloading a file #216

With 0.4.7 rc13 if you try to open a file with the same name of a file that is in the Buildbotics file list it fails with an error and does not reload the file. You have to delete the file, which also fails but does delete the files, restart the controller and then load the file.

I just saw there was a release version of 0.4.7 and this seems to be resolved
