Add ability to skip probing with a 3rd button when prompt comes up. #265

right now using the vetric buildbotics pp it trys to probe before every cut. I have to manually edit the gcode to remove probe line. Can you add a 'skip' button so there isn't a need to edit the gcode every time? (sometimes i have a probe hooked up, sometimes I do not)
