Access Point does not work with external WiFi dongle #282

When I set up an Access Point using an external WiFi dongle, it takes the parameters with no errors, but the network is not presented and the controller does not present an IP address after rebooting.

When 'internal wifi' is checked, the Access Point network it presented and is accessible.

This still seems to be happening in V1.0.0
