Modal window covers up the spindle speed field #349

If the user uses and modal window dialog to tell the user to click "Continue" when the spindle is up to speed, the window covers the spindle speed field. It is recommended that the one of the following changes be implemented:

present the nodal window in another location
present the spindle speed in another location
present the spindle speed in the modal window.
