Show Directory view of build_[city] chapters #71

Context

In order to get additional context about any build_[city] chapter, it is necessary to have a directory view that shows users and their associated digital + physical communities.

User Stories

As a user, I want to be able to see a directory of all the users in a build[city] chapter, their associated networks, and their associated country chapters. As a user, I want to access another user's profile As a user, I want to be able to apply filters for my preferred digital network communities As a user, I want to be able to access my favorite city chapters at any time As a user, I want to explore build[city] chapters that I have not yet joined

Requirements

General Requirements -Users cannot join more than 5 cities -Users can have no more than 5 associated digital networks/community filters -Will need to associate and display an emoji flag for the country that each city is a part of (current and future cities)

Data Requirements -Available City Chapters are located in attached

Discord API Data: -Server Icon -Discord ID -Discord Picture

Internal Data: -Selected Networks -Associated Cities -User-defined ID (if changed from Discord) -User profile photo (if changed from Discord) -Associated country emoji flags to match user city selections
