Auth service with default template, only user+pass

TODO

[ ] add external database (instead of local sqlite)
[ ] persist encryption key (so other services can use it to validate jwt)
[ ] add token creation and token endpoint
[ ] add external providers (FB, goog, gh, in, etc)
[ ] (?)remove user+pass option(?) (delegate user validation to external providers)
[ ] non-dev multi stage dockerfile
[ ] fix dockerfile to expose the app

On first glance I don't know why is the app not reachable running with docker-compose. Probably something obvious. Works locally as expected.
