When downloading a file with unknown size, the output on the terminal doesn't show progress. It stalls at "Requesting" or "Partial download detected. Resuming.."
The download itself is ongoing, but the feedback to the user is missing.
The output should show the bytes downloaded, and report that the remote file size is unknown.
